Reggie has been in a foster home since August of 2020. When I brought him home, he was very anxious and it took him a little while to settle in. Once he started getting comfortable his personality really started to shine. He is a very very playful, bouncy dog. He loves playing tug, chasing his toys around, or just laying on the ground or couch chewing his toys. I have been working with him on his trust issues when dealing with new people. At the beginning he was excessively reactive towards anybody new, but as time has gone by, he has become very close with a handful of my friends; men and women. He definitely seems to have an easier time with women, but with a little bit of patience he will become a love bug with men too.

Reggie would probably be best as an only pet, but with the right type of dog (preferably a calmer, female dog) he would more than likely be just fine. At this time I would definitely recommend NO CATS AND NO KIDS. Reggie is an absolutely wonderful dog but he would benefit from some more training. The perfect home for him would be somewhere quiet, with a nice big, 6’ fenced yard to run. Reggie has no health issues and is incredibly athletic. He has the CUTEST ZOOMIES! Reggie is now just waiting for his happily ever after. If you think this could be you, Reggie would love to meet you!! 💜
