Joan of Barcs, is a very sweet 2 year old little pittie mix, who came from the BARCS shelter in Baltimore. She was found underweight, and with bite wounds wandering in a yard in the city. She weighs only about 38 lbs.
Joan immediately became a staff favorite at the BARCS shelter! Joan really seems to like other dogs, as well as playing with toys in a yard and interacting with humans. She walks very well on a leash and like to curl up in your lap like a doughnut. We think this sweet little pup deserves loving people who will enjoy her wonderful personality! ♥
When it was time for her to go to the AAHA rescue, a number of volunteers even came forward to help sponsor any costs she would need (medical, etc).
